hey ikelah. Salam perkenalan... wow, global peace mission. I have always wanted to do charity work overseas but other than thinking of doing charity in the 3rd world countries, I should start with Malaysia, don't you think so? it's so great to hear that people like you still exists in this world, membantu orang yang memerlukan...

I agree with u to certain extent but we are a rich country, all provided. There shouln't be any poor citizen. Even the ibu tunggal, orang cacat, we have funds and gov. dept looking after them. There are numerous local ngo willing to help, political groups, wakil rakyat, media etc, it's overly abundant. The only problem lies in our system, the jkkk might not be doing their job in indentifying them.

Global Peace has its local charity services to fill what is not covered/neglected by the appriopiate authorities.

As for overseas medical relief, this is a disaster, which need immediate help. The local government overthere collapsed, no wakil rakyat or leaders to think for the victims. People in the north west frontier province n azad kashmir are dying. Morever they are muslim, our brothers and their government is not doing enough. Winter is closing, they have no shelter or warm clothing. food was supplied in abundance but without tents and blankets, they are at risk of suffering from hypothermic shock leading to death. Sanitation is poor, no vaccination against waterborne disease was administered. There are still numerous aftershocks with landslides etc.

We should think of others too so that they will think of us if we are in their boots. May Allah help us.

thanks for ur comment.
